    beds were good. blinds were excellent. tv good, location is very good.

    There was a strong sewer smell coming from the small room with the washing machine. Closing the door helped at first, but eventually the whole apartment smelled. The air conditioning didn't work on arrival either — it wasn't plugged in because something was stuck in the outlet and it was broken. In that heat it was immediately noticeable, which tells me nobody checked the apartment before handover. To their credit, they came and fixed it the next morning. We then discovered the entire terrace was soaked because the AC had been leaking. It also only really cools the living area. Overall it was okay, but not for this price. The apartment is styled to look good in photos, but in reality most of it is minimal and either broken or close to it. The shower works but is badly positioned, so water spills across the floor — which has clearly been happening for a while, since the edges show water damage and discolouring. Not mould, but not something you want to look at. The curtains barely open, so you can't slide them aside to use the terrace. The kitchen window hits the faucet and won't open fully. The terrace itself is lovely but was very dirty, and the terrace furniture needs either replacing or a deep clean. To be fair, we booked last minute in August and paid peak prices. At that rate it wasn't worth it. Outside the holiday period it might be decent value, but the maintenance problems don't go away with the price.
