    High potential but poorly maintained and bad management

    Apartment is fairly central, within walking distance of the whole city. Coffee maker Roomy Blackout shutters New windows, good soundproofing. Friendly agency staff.

    Broken window (we couldn't open it to ventilate the apartment), broken lightbulb in the main staircase (dangerous at night). Loud construction noise in the apartment below during most of the stay - we couldn't stay in the apartment from 8h to 19h. Poorly cleaned (hairs on the carpets and in the showers, sand on the carpets, grime in the showers. Broken shower booth and shower head holder. We had to buy a new one and replace it ourselves. Although we informed the managing agency, very few things were fixed (friendly but inefficient). Old washing machine in the kitchen/dining room (loud and slow). We had to go to the agency to collect the keys (with other apartments it is possible to get the keys from a locked box at the door).
