    Loved how the multiple photos on the listing did not match the actually property.

    My partner and I got into the room and felt very uncomfortable with the amount of mirrors around the room, including one that was above the bed. There was no hot warm for showering. Also the evening/overnight gentleman was rude and kept asking if "we had a problem" while my family and I were standing near our own cars. Overall very uncomfortable stay.

    Location was perfect - decor from the 70s

    Location was perfect for walking to Knotts and customer service was great.

    We had no hot water for showers, mirror over our bed and, elevator was not in working order and tv did not work. Decor was from the 70s

    Nice staff, dated hotel with room for improvements, good for staying when visiting Knotts.

    The location. Specifically the proximity to Knotts Berry Farm

    The mattresses, the broken shower handle, the excess noise, the unhoused in the hallway, the leaking skylight that made the stairs slippery, and the outside light that made it way too bright for sleeping despite the curtain.
