    Excellent location and very roomy. Better in person than the pictures appear, the building felt clean, safe and modern. Just a few blocks from so many restaurant choices, or Uber to more traditional parts of town. Ac, wifi, evetything worked perfect for our stay. Would definitely stay here again on a future trip.

    Hardly anything. Water temps could be a little tricky for showers but there was plenty of hot water during our stay. Tile floors felt a little slick in the shower but just moved carefully.

    Bien situé à Colonia Americana

    Le comfort est à l’américaine (spacieux, sécurisé, tout équipé mais aussi pas de double vitrage ni volet). Les produits du quotidien sont là. Bien situé dans un quartier huppé et animé proche du centre aussi. L’appart n’est pas sale mais aurait bien besoin d’un ménage en profondeur (tartre, plinthes, etc) qu’il n’a pas dû voir depuis de nombreux printemps.

    La communication est à améliorer. Jusqu’à la dernière minute, on n’était pas sûr que la résa soit honorée puisque le loueur ne répondait ni au message, ni aux appels, ni à la hotline de Booking.
