  It worked out well for a nice change of pace.

  Well-furnished, close to restaurants and groceries, and the location was nicely quiet.

  Overall, I appreciated the property's location, amenities, and the host communications.

  I liked the property because it is in a convenient location with easy access to nearby attractions, shopping, and transportation. The facilities were well-maintained and provided everything needed for a comfortable stay. Overall, the combination of the great location and quality amenities made the property an excellent choice.

  The only issue I encountered was with the bed, which felt uneven. I would suggest replacing the bed frame to improve guest comfort. Other than that, I had a pleasant stay and would consider staying here again.

  Never again, and I warn you - be very careful with this host - you can be very surprised.

  It is a good location; the neighborhood is calm and not noisy.

  The house itself is quite old and has a bad smell inside, and the floor is very sticky, like it was never cleaned. Everything inside is pretty cheap and fragile. Okay, the price is also quite cheap, so you can expect it to some extent. Extremely disappointing host - this is the main problem with this place. It is a very low level of service that I have never seen in my life, and I travel a lot. I have never felt so insecure about my deposit, and in the end they found a way to charge me extra for a 3-year-old child, even though we left the place in ideal condition. I only received the check-in instructions at the last moment. I had to remind them about my arrival a week before check-in because nobody contacted me. The last reminder I sent was 4 hours before arrival, and only then did I get the door code. Very strange instructions about the deposit - they ask you not to pay it as a service through the platform because of additional fees. This means you are not protected by the system, and believe me, they ask for it for a reason that you will understand later. They expect you to read all hidden text and instructions, while there is no documentation in the house. Read everything carefully and open all sections. I usually don’t do that because I don’t expect anything outside of common sense, but in this case I had to pay for it. If I had been more careful, I would not have stayed there. The cherry on top is that Andre threatened to charge the full $300 deposit because I had 2 kids with me, even though I provided this information myself. I never thought that small kids could be charged extra when no additional service was provided. He was “generous” to charge only $60 extra :D The host is so greedy and unreasonable that he started accusing me of cheating the system to stay in his house, when I simply didn’t apply the filters in my search, as in 99.9% of cases small kids stay free. Be careful, guys - I am pretty sure you will be charged $100 for a $1 broken plate.
