There is also a building boom going on throughout Sydney we don't refund for construction noise if anything is going on in the neighborhood however if there is work being done next door or in the same building we will have a note in our summary.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.     As attractive as the photos show - but avoid in summer if you don't like too much heat

    Well designed attractive property in a great inner city location with plenty of cafes, shops etc nearby. Ideal for visiting friends in Darlinghurst, the Mardi Gras, local hospitals etc.

    Unfortunately the apartment is on a higher floor and faces west so it's a hot box in the afternoon. There's no air conditioning so even with the fans on all night and the windows open we couldn't cool the place down to the outside temperature.

    Excellent location, great views, well appointed- just needs air con :)

    Fantastic location, great views of the city skyline, nicely styled, comfy and had almost everything we needed for a weekend stay. Nice king sized bed (though firm!!), big TV, facilities for cooking, and easy to communicate with the owner and access the building.

    The place really needs air con. It ranged from 30-37 degrees on the days we were there and the apartment is stiflingly hot on the 7th floor. It was slightly helped by opening all the windows and getting the nice sea breeze, but the problem is that at night time with windows open the were subject to all the city street noise (sirens, horns, etc) and lights. The only other thing we wished it had was a coffee machine instead of just instant coffee sachets.

    We had a lovely stay here, the location and comfort of the unit was great.

    The location was excellent, it suited our needs perfectly. There are plenty if eating options close by and you are in walking distance to Kings Cross Train Station. The unit was very comfortable and well appointed.

    The unit may be a bit hot in summer as it does not have air conditioning.
