Wonderful stay
The condo was very clean and the beds were the most comfortable beds I have ever slept on in all of my travels. The location is perfect for quick access to the beach and boardwalk. The coffee shop and convenience store was also very convenient to walk to every day. We also liked the beach chairs that we could use to watch the sunrise in the morning. I was very pleased with the size of the unit. It was plenty spacious for 3 of us. The host was also very helpful and informative. Sending information about the property, unit, and suggestions for things to do and places to eat. The food at the Sunset Club is amazing. Overall, we enjoyed our stay very much
The only two things we didn't like was there were no extra garbage bags for the kitchen and bathroom. Also supplying a few more bath and hand towels would be a nice touch. While I understand there are laundry facilities on site, we didn't want to have to wash towels everyday. Not a complaint, just a thought to add a few more, especially if you have more than 3 or 4 people staying in a unit.

Perfect location!!! Very relaxing and close to all that we want
Very clean and cozy! We absolutely loved the location, we had tons of great restaurants, shopping, convenience stores, live music, and the beach just a couple steps outside the hotel. The rooftop pool was so nice to go to and great that we could order drinks and food to come right to us! Having lounge chairs reserved for us on the beach was also amazing! All the pictures were taken either at the building we stayed at or just a 1 minute walk down toward the beach!
Not very sound proof. We could hear everything from the hallways and also the room next to us.

Very poor
The location
Warning after you book your room it's non-refundable then charge you extra. They charge me 35 dollars a day for the pool you already paid for. The pool is only 3 1/2 feet deep. The hot tub you already paid for and had little kids in it the whole time. The bar which was closed on Christmas which is when I went. Everything on the roof top closed at 8.They charge you 50 dollar application fee and does not include parking. Room was not ready so we had to drive 6 blocks to the parking garage pay 100 for parking for 3 days. Drive back to the hotel and nobody help you and valet wanted up to move as we were unloading. Drive back to the parking garage and walk back to the hotel. They did not clean the room or change the bed sheets the entire time we were there. My 300 dollar room cost me almost 700. Go somewhere else.
