    Awesome stay - would stay again next time!

    Excellent comms. Thank you for a smooth and easy check in and check out . Defintely happy to stay here again🙂. Owner was very gracious and really made sure we were comfortable and had that perfect stay.

    Did not know that Greenbelt 1 was undergoing renovation, whuch meant it would be a longer walk in the teh heat of the day. But it was resolved with the Grab taxi, so no biggie🙂

    Communication was excellent, check in very smooth and we loved the nice touch with the bottles of water and a bag of dried mangies. Thank you

    A bit of bumps but still one of the cleanest rooms I have been in, and location was good.

    I walked in to a big dead cockroach unfortunately :D so I thought there were still a lot, but fortunately no. Makati condos tend to have a lot of small ones but this one didnt! I had issues with the air quality unfortunately. The blanket also had a bunch of spots, gray and yellowish ones, and when I went out the corridor there was a strong smell and I had difficulty breathing, and felt my lungs got irritated. This one has got to do more with the building I guess. Internet was also slow, as I had to work a bit inside. But ended up using mobile data mostly. But overall amenities are good and host was super responsive thru the Booking.com chat.
