    The staff were the highlight of our stay! The space we had in our room was great, large bathroom and the beds were really comfortable. The room was clean but a few things were missed.

    Lovely spacious rooms. Room service staff were polite and friendly. Very clean polished looking venue. Surprisingly quiet too. Really nice and definitely come back. Lovely!! This is my 8th time, would never change location

    It was very quiet place so I could sleep well. Staff was kind and let me check in early as room was available and I just arrive on an early flight Very good hotel, well located with friendly staff

    Gute Ausgangslage

    Das ganze Zimmer riecht nach Schimmel und ich habe schwere allergische Reaktionen bekommen, während meines Aufenthalts im Zimmer. Nesselsucht und geschlosse Nase! Das Zimmer ist abgewohnt, hat schimmlige stellen, riecht extrem nach Schimmel und die Umgebung ist extrem laut. Den Panoramapool muss man sich teuer dazubuchen. Nur den billigen Seitenpool der zum Schwimmen nicht geeignet ist, darf man kostenlos nutzen. Aufzüge dauern ewig. Fehlende küchenutensilien machen Kochen unmöglich, es würde nicht mal dazu reichen sich ein gekochtes Ei zuzubereiten. Vor Ort kann man das Zimmer nicht mit Kreditkarte bezahlen & wird dazu noch genötigt eine Kaution zu hinterlegen. Balkontür defekt. Sonstige Gäste hauptsächlich Russen, wie in der ganzen Stadt.
