The bed was comfortable.
This hotel operates 2 buildings under the name Best Western Garden Inn. You do not want to be in Bldg 2, which is 26 years old. It's not in use on a normal basis. It actually houses some of their housekeeping staff. Apparently, when they are full in the newer building, they put people in this second building as overflow. Our room was not clean...toilet, refrigerator and microwave were digusting. No ice machines either. And you had to walk over to the newer building for breakfast...in the rain for us. There is nothing nearby as far as restaurants. We asked to be moved. They said they were full but they would send housekeeping. The housekeeping lady was very nice and apologetic. She said they had 3 housekeeping people for both buildings. Thankfully, the manager the next day refunded our money in full. She pointed out that therecarecpicturescofvboth buildings on their website. As if I should have known that they operate 2 buildings. Save yourself the headache. Do not stay here.
