    Scammer staff

    WARNING !!!!!! The man called Harri at front desk I left my visa card accidentally at reception and when I phoned reception Harri told me I had to wait until the next day to collect it which I thought was strange. I persisted and said I would rather have it that evening as I needed it for paying for other things online and he reluctantly gave me it back an hour later. I have since left the hotel and have found charges in excess of double my stay amount charged to my card and when I ring the hotel and ask for an intemised invoice they say that only managers send those out and I’m promised call backs that I never receive Booking.com have contacted them numerous times and they don’t response Be very aware - will be notifying consumer protection of this behaviour
