    Wir waren sehr zufrieden und werden bestimmt die Unterkunft wieder nutzen.

    Freundlichkeit des Personals von der Rezeption, über Zimmerservice bis zur Bar war sehr gut. Frühstück haben wir nicht gebucht.

    Just what you need in an airport hotel, at a very good price

    This is one of many hotels in a new district called Gateway Gardens serving Frankfurt Airport. Although one might expect an airport hotel to be within walking distance of the terminal or have a shuttle bus, you need to understand how it works here. There is no shuttle bus, but the S-bahn train is 50 metres away, with one stop to the airport. This is good for one person with light baggage (E6.70), but for two with bags a taxi is a better option (about E15). There is a rank outside the hotel next door. This works very smoothly. The hotel is excellent as an airport hotel as everything is new, clean, and works well. The beds and pillows are comfortable. There is a kitchenette and it was reasonably spacious. The price is exceptionally good (about E104), best value for money I have seen in a long time. In short, it provides exactly what you need in an airport hotel. We did not try the breakfast. In such hotels where you are flying out next day you often feel stranded, with nowhere to go and nothing to do but watch TV, but It is actually very easy to get into Central Munich from here (50 metres to the S-bahn, 3 or 4 stops to Hauptbahnhof, then about 2 stops on the U-Bahn to the Dom-Romer stop). We ate in the Dom-Romer area, newly (re)constructed and now a great area for restaurants and sightseeing, and we came back the same way..

    Very difficult to drop off from a hire car there is no drop-off bay, which is odd because there is plenty of space.
