Room Gone Wrong!!
Clean rooms, beds comfortable.
We Did n't know we were in flight path, No wifi service, no Internet; phones didn't work either in either room, so even though they gave us the info for WiFi/Internet connection, it didn't work in either room, they gave us a problem with putting us near each other, also my brother, his wife, niece had a smaller room same price, they needed a bigger room, they finally put them in a different room but still no WiFi I felt really bad because we had these issues with the rooms because I made the reservations and the price of the rooms didn't not meet the criteria of what we were expecting very disappointed because Best Western facilities are usually very nice, we thought that maybe they would give us a free night or something for the inconvenience but no they gave me $22.00 the desk clerk Elliott agreed that more should've been done concerning our situation, and if he were the Manager he would've done more to correct the situation, WiFi service is one of the Amenities that I enjoy the most because I normally bring my laptop, and they mentioned something about renovations being done but if you've just had renovations done you need to make sure each room is functional and in proper order before you allow people to reserve the rooms and now the customer is unhappy and inconvenienced, but most of all I feel really bad for my family whom I invited to come with me and my husband for the weekend and this happened, my sister in-law went to the front desk clerk several times but we felt that no one was really concerned about the situation, we paid $278.00 plus tax for 2 nights it definitely wasn't worth it!!
