Staff amazing, service and wifi... it's a no from us
Staff was friendly and breakfast staff hospitality was good. Cold AC.
Wifi was subpar and left us without access to TV time after a long physically demanding weekend as a family. Contacted front desk about wifi issues and they stated someone was contacted and they would assist with the TV connectivity problem. CRICKETS. Problem was consistent with laptop screening Had to hook up to mobile Hotspot. Same for another room occupied by a family member. Bathroom area in a "Kind Suite" was crowded. Room was not serviced between days- trash not taken out, towels not refreshed and beds not made. Paid premium price and got subpar care.

Bastante bien
Las camas muy cómodas
Nos pidieron 40 dólares por hacer el check in a las 12h, estaba previsto a las 15h. Finalmente pudimos entrar 1’30h antes sin cargo alguno.
