    Pleasant

Carpet in room was old and worn and needed replacement. Outside garbage can was overflowing and had not been emptied in days.

The tub drain was not functioning properly, causing the water to accumulate in the tub while shower was in use. There were noticeable stains throughout the guest room carpet, which is clearly unacceptable and does not meet the standards we expect.
