    The Wi-Fi did not work in our room. I could get Wi-Fi in the lobby, but I could not get it in my room.

    Not much. The location was ok.

    They need an elevator. What a hassle getting to second floor. The checkin process was not good. The lady running the check in was rude and not very understanding. She made the elderly lady checking in before us cry. It was soooo sad. That lady needs to be fired. We stayed two days. The second day our key did not work when we came back from our event. We had to walk all the way to the front desk and get it reprogrammed. It was the same check in lady and again she was rude with no apology for the key card problem. That lady should not be in the service industry. Would not stay at this hotel ever again.
