    Horrible Mattress, and rude attendants!

    Location was ok.

    The bed mattress was horrible. It had a big sank in it, very uncomfortable, I've never stayed in a hotel that the mattress was like that before! The staff, I spoke with at the front desk after check out was rude and unhelpful. I called to ask about $75 that was taken out of my account and they kept hanging the phone up in my face. I was told at check in that the $75 wouldn't post to my account unless I didn't follow the hotel rules and smoked in the room. It took days for it to be refunded. I don't plan on staying at this location again.
