    I didn't stay. Marion from booking.com was going to cancel the reservation and switch it to the other best Western across town but the manager charged 2 charges on my card when I wasn't on the property.

    All of it was bad, it was false advertisement. Pool closed and hot tub was in room only. Pool was dirty. Manager rude. I had to stay somewhere else. . He wouldn't reply to email from booking.com. I made the reservation with booking.com not the hotel. I filled charges with my bank.
