    Nice hotel. Great location.

The hotel is in a great location, very convenient for the station, centrally located to walk around Milan and with a number of excellent restaurants in the vicinity. Finally to mention that one of the front desk team - Dario - was particularly helpful and proactive. A real star.

Our first room was fine, though there was a leak in the bathroom. Staff were extremely quick in addressing this and moved us to a new room. This room was lovely, bigger than the original one. Unfortunately, the noise of people using the bathroom above ours was audible in our room. We mentioned this to the front desk staff but no action was taken.
