    Didn't think it was one of the best hotels and don't think I'll stay again.

    We had to ask for more food and the waffle mix was watered down

    The pool was cold and no one told us that the heater was broke.

    Not a great hotel and poorly ran.

    Not that good. Ran out of food and waffle mix was watered down, juice was watered down too.

    Pool was cold heater was broke and 3 people asked and the final they guy said it was broke. He could of told us that it was broke when we checked in.

    OK place to stay but overpriced.

    Location was great. overall didn't meet expectations of Best Western. Room OK but nothing out of ordinary. Breakfast was good.

    Air conditioner was running but still felt sticky and humid in the room.

    Accommodating staff.

    We walked into our room and the mildew smell instantly hit us. The bed/bedding felt damp. Even the floors felt damp. Talked to the front desk employee and he offered a new room. We moved to that - definitely 10x better but still not a great smell.
