Justin at the front desk was exceptional. Ruby in the bkfst area was very good as well. Apparently Ruby was called to cover a shift late..Management seemed uninterested in making coffee or having bkfst. Items ready for anyone that came down at 740 or later. Room was clean. Had to crawl under a desk to get a floor lamp to work..We stopped for the night on the way to Florida as we do 2-3 times a year. We thought we had found a good place to stay but we will find another place next time..So other than Justin and Ruby, we were not impressed with staff...

Front desk staff was very friendly and helpful getting me checked in. The key system had gone down due to a thunderstorm and he worked with his manager to do this manually and get my room assignment and key.

Short and sweet, just what we needed!
Its a nice place, very clean and comfortable. Everyone was nice. Really no complaints. I would definitely stay here again with my family.
The bath tub in our room was a little rusty in a couple of small spots, but thats nitpicking. Other than that the room was nice. Also we didnt have any handsoap in our bathroom, and i dont like using refilled bottles because you just never know what people before have done to them. But for that reason we always bring our own stuff to use. So really its just a matter of preference for me. Everything was nice. I really have no major complaints at all.

Absolutely dirty and disgusting.
The room was incredibly dirty and it smelled very bad, of mold and other odors. The bathroom was also filthy.

Friendly staff. Clean Quiet Location
The bathroom door was binding on the floor, hard to close and open.
