    Overall great experience only real knock is the parking.

    Clean good breakfast friendly staff.

    The bed was a bit firm and parking is limited especially at night.

    My initial experience with the male staff member who checked me in was great, no complaints. He did a great job.

    The female staff member that I spoke with the second day of my stay, about extending my stay for a few hours, was incredibly rude and un-accommodating, despite me being police and my offer to pay for the additional hours. It pretty much ruined my stay there. She was exceptionally awful. I really try to have empathy for staff because I have managed vacation rentals, but the experience was so bad and stressful that I am ranking this hotel low. I am also concerned that they do not have the AC on during the day, which doesn't work when LA is so hot in the summer, and can lead to mold growth.
