The hotel didn’t meet our expectations. We’d likely stay somewhere else next time.

    The beds were comfortable

The hotel is becoming who rundown. We didn’t feel safe in the area because of all the homeless people around.

Very comfortable and clean. Staff were very amenable and helpful.

Location was perfect for what we needed, our destination was in walking distance.

    Softer pillows.

Good downtown location for walking to Chinatown anf Inner Harbour.

The staff were very helpful and friendly. Room was comfortable and the location is central with plenty of restaurants to choose from. Easy walk to the Inner Harbour

Location in terms of the unhoused. However it is what you would expect in a large city center.
