    housekeeping could be better

    This place is a bit below average. The first room we were assigned was on the first floor overlooking the parking lot. The window was open because the AC was non-functional. The ladies at the front desk tried to be helpful, but their first suggestion was to bring in a fan. Not quite good enough. Then they agreed to move us to a second floor room. This room seemed to have functioning AC, but the temp remained at 74-75 regardless of where we set the thermostat. Housekeeping was not great either. We were seeing stray hairs here and there, and the second day they didn't bother to clean the room at all. Plus, a not great smell in the room and in the hallway. On the plus side, breakfast was pretty ok and there were plenty of towels.

    Worst experience in Fairbanks ever!!!!

    Nothing

    This is not a hotel but rather a hospice. The staff was terrible and actually yelled at us for asking why the window was left open in our room and it was -40f outside. She said I don't know that is not my job! The heater sounded like it was about to blow up.

    The breakfast was fine. Not too many options. We were disappointed that breakfast was served very late in the morning one day due to a staff call-in. Cold breakfast items weren’t even available during this time.
