Love the pool, the day staff was rude.
I stay here when I visit my grandaughter so she can swim in the pool. the night staff is wonderful, friendly and easy to talk to.
I didn't like the attitude of the day person. She was condescending and unable to accomodate a simple request. I'll stay elsewhere next time.
