    I would definitely recommend this hotel!

    Definitely the staff! Friendly, helpful, and accommodating.

    The information exchanged between the hotel and booking.com. The description of the room that I booked simply said “2 beds”. It did not specifically state that one of the beds was a fold out couch. The manager was a blessing. She approved a different room (more expensive) for me and my grandson to stay in and honored the booking.com price. She literally saved my vacation!

    If the hotel has amenities not working they should notify people with reservations before arrival that the pool is not a

    Good location

    I booked because I was traveling with grandchildren and it advertised an indoor pool however upon arrival we were told the pool wasn’t open , but we could use the pool at a sister location but found out that pool was also not working
