    Never going back

It was comfortable when I first got to the hotel.

The staff does not go out of their way to make any accommodations and were not very friendly. I had ants in my room, when I let the staff know they made it seem as if I was bothering them. The elevator broke at one point. I asked for my room to be swept and cleaned since I was there for 10 days and the bed clothes to be changed, again no accommodations, it seemed to be a bother for the staff, and they stated the maid only comes on certain days. I have to visit Chicago a few more times this year and I will not be staying here again. I do not recommend.

Our stay was a little less than average for a hotel stay.

My family liked the pool area.

The tv in one of the rooms did not work properly, the sheets on one of the beds did not look clean, and the rooms were on two different floors on two opposite ends of the hallway but we asked for them to be closer.
