    This is our go to stopping point between Phoenix and Kempner.

    Love the complimentary dinners and the treatment of pets.

    Pet park had lots of pet waste on both sides. I cleaned one area while we were there. Next morning, other side was still messy, and there was new waste on the side we use. Also, was quite disappointed not to receive points. Was told we weren’t eligible because we booked through trivago, but we did back in June.

    WORST HOTEL WE EVER BOOKED WITH BOOKING.COM

    Location right of the interstate 10.

    Arrived around 8pm from a 8 hour drive and was tired. Could not go.to sleep because this hotel facility has a entertainment clubhouse attached. Loud Music Playing when we Arrived. I asked the front desk how long will the music last and she said until 11pm. Music still blasting and bumping at 11:30pm. I called the front desk and now the shut down time changed to 12am to 1am. I read her the riot act. Ask how is it a hotel off the interstate promoting to be rest stop for worry travelers has a clubhouse with loud music bumping until the early hours of the morning. That is not what we paid for, we paid for a place to.lay our heads get so rest before moving on with our journey. NO WE LOST AT LEAST 2 OR 3 HOURS OF SLEEP. RANKS AS OUR WORST BOOKING.COM HOTEL STAY EVER.
