Location and room size!

The AC did not work properly in our room. They did offer to move us to a different room, but we did not want to be on the first floor. They did provide two fans however they said someone would come fix it and they never did. And when I told them I’d check out nothing was done. They didn’t offer to make it right.

It’s a very good hotel, but they need to fix the noise issue.
This was a very nice hotel with an excellent location close to the beach. Everything was very clean, and the staff were friendly. Overall, I had a great experience and think the hotel deserves a high rating.
I deducted two points from my rating for two reasons. First, on the first night, there was a loud vibrating noise that I believe came from the AC system. It seemed to shake the building, and the vibration carried through the ceiling. When I lay down with my head on the pillow, the noise was especially disturbing. After hours of driving, I really needed a good night’s sleep, but this made it very difficult to rest. Second, the breakfast could have been better. I expected higher quality and more variety. Milk and some other items were also slow to be refilled. Overall, though, this was a very good hotel and excellent value for the price. Despite the breakfast issues, I would have considered giving it a 10 if the vibrating noise had been resolved.

The room needs painting and looked worn. Needs updated.
