    The staff was rude when you tell them of issues in the room and the hotel wasn’t clean or very good working order

    The room had mold and a lot of safety concerns after we got to our “ newly remodeled room” it was a landlord special in the slums the front desk staff was decent and one tried to help but the other pretty much didn’t care. I brought up the issues and the cleaning staff was extremely rude and they put Lysol on the mold which didnt do anything had to fight to get a refund and would t recommend to a homeless person. Booking did get our refund but it was a terrible impression.

    They didn't clean my rooms for spending 700 plus dollars i would think you would get room service the phone didn't work clock didn't work
