Unacceptable hotel cleanliness
Although the hotel staff were incredibly friendly and lovely, I unfortunately have to report that the level of cleanliness was very poor and I have never experienced anything like this before. There was black hair, most likely pubic hair, on the glass and inside the shower cubicle. I attach photos as evidence of this absolutely disgusting situation. Unfortunately, there were no alternative rooms available for me to move to. As a result, I was late for a meeting, unable to shower comfortably, and had to wait for the housekeeping staff to clean the room again. The entire experience was extremely unpleasant, uncomfortable, and completely unacceptable. This is certainly not the standard of cleanliness one should expect from a 4 star hotel.
