  ONE OF THE WORST HOTELS I HAVE EVER STAYED IN – ABSOLUTELY DISGRACEFUL EXPERIENCE! Rating: 1/10 – I would give ZERO if it were possible. This was genuinely one of the worst hotel experiences of my entire life. My husband, our two-year-old daughter, and I stayed at Best Western Plus Hotel Le Favaglie for three nights, from October 16 to 19. We chose this hotel only because my husband was attending an Aikido seminar at a nearby sports center, and the seminar organizers had recommended it due to its proximity. Choosing this hotel turned out to be one of the biggest regrets of our entire trip to Italy. ABSOLUTELY DISASTROUS AIR CONDITIONING AND VENTILATION The biggest nightmare was the hotel’s completely unacceptable air conditioning and ventilation system. Despite visiting in mid-October, the weather was extremely warm, almost like summer. However, the hotel had already switched its centralized air conditioning system to winter mode, meaning there was absolutely no way to cool down our room. What makes this even more ridiculous is that guests cannot even independently control their own air conditioning! Apparently, the system has to be activated or deactivated by reception. Every time you want to use it, you have to call the front desk. And even when they activate it, all you get is warm air! What kind of four-star hotel operates with such an absurd and outdated system? We were not asking for luxury. We were simply asking for fresh, breathable air inside our room! From the first moment of our arrival until the moment we checked out, we were practically suffocating in a tiny, overheated, poorly ventilated room. Imagine having to endure this situation with a two-year-old child! We contacted reception approximately three or four times, desperately hoping someone would offer a solution. Unfortunately, their response was consistently indifferent, unhelpful, and completely lacking in hospitality. Their brilliant solution? OPEN THE WINDOW!
