Let me tell you something. When we chose this beautiful spa hotel for our honeymoon, we were looking for a relaxing getaway in a charming town, with spa and great facilities. And we got all of that and more! Everything was wonderful, from the comfort, design and cleanliness to the excellent facilities. But what truly made our stay unforgettable was the exceptional service. On our last day, unfortunately, we got a flat tire on our rental car on the day we were supposed to return it. Morgan and Zak, the amazing reception staff, spent hours helping us communicate with all the relevant companies, refusing to give up until they had done everything possible to help us. The rest of the hotel staff were equally kind, generous and supportive. We have honestly never experienced such dedicated, efficient, caring and reassuring service. We wholeheartedly recommend this wonderful hotel to anyone visiting the area, and we will definitely be back!
