This was among the hotels we will stay-at on our annual sojourns to our beloved Canadian Rockies.
I loved that the both doors at the entrance opened automatically for both set of doors there.
I know this is picky, but all hotels to renovate their bathrooms so that they all have walk in showers and either "comfort (19" high) toilets or safety bars there. Maybe Tubs should be the option. Many "mildly" handicapped folks (knee and hip replacements) just need these 2 conveniences rather than all the space and necessities that immobile handicapped folks do in the mobile accessible rooms. I don't mean to single out this hotel on this matter, as it is commonplace amongst many of the hotels we stay at.

I’m glad the room was decent or we would have had to leave.
The location and the room was good.
The hot tub looked like it needed a good cleaning and the jets did not work. The breakfast was horrible, no coffee ready and it was 8am, nozzle on waffles was not working and by the time it was looked at, we had to go. There was no apple juice in machine, the orange juice and cranberry juice were watered down. It looked like only one staff member worked there besides when housekeeping came through. There is no way that this is a plus hotel.

Would definitely stay there again.
Nice facility, very clean, and price was very reasonable. The hotel was a little hard to find but, thanks to GPS, problem solved.

Good location, Not worth the money.
Property was decent but looking very run down. Pillows were nice on the bed and towels were good quality.
Staff was not very informed, and never seemed to understand any question. Rooms were not very clean. Shower felt dirty because of stains all over and the over all hotel smelled a bit musty.
