  Money and Holidays are hard to come by, don’t waste it here

  Breakfast was the best part

  They switched our room last minute, no chance to book anywhere else to get the experience we wanted. Completely disappointed with our stay. Money and holidays are hard to come by these days and ours was wasted on an unsatisfactory experience

  Save your money and go somewhere else no worth the trouble.

  The pool and hot pool were nice

  The cleanliness of the room.The poor customer service.The manager was rude the staff was unpleasant.They put us directly across the hall from a hockey team.We got no sleep and neither did our 2 autistic sons.They were loud all night and then first thing in the morning.I had to call down twice and it just continued.It was grown teens running up and down the halls, they kept opening and shutting the door which was super loud because of the metal on the door.They had there teammates coming to the door knocking loud then talking loudly let me in Then a few seconds later they would leave and come back.This went on for hours.Then they started again first thing in the morning.So I asked to speak to the manager because I paid for my room and it was a nightmare.Front desk was like she can't come she is busy so she give me her card I said I will wait and I tried to call only to get the front desk.I was tired and pissed off at this point then the front desk girl says her manager is now in a meeting.So i just left until I realized I had forgotten my purse in my room so I had to go back and ask for the key card.Then all of a sudden after I had left the manager was back. She was like oh you had a problem how can I help I was in a meeting in a snarky tone. I told her what happened and was pissed off so I swore then she was like mam calm down.I said this is poor planning on behalf of the hotel.If you know you have a loud team put your guest somewhere else or offer to move them after you get the complaint. Or have there chaperone sleep close by so they can manage the noise.The manager was like well sometimes we have teams then also said she could do nothing to rectify the situation because we had pre paid for our room and to take it up with Booking.com. So all in all we got no sleep had to deal with an absurd amount of noise then dealt with a bitchy manager.Would never recommended this hotel ever to anyone.

  Nothing special

  There was no maintenance no staff to take care of issues curtains broken bathroom overflow old gotel and hi prices and customer support is too late
