    The room space was too small for the 2 twin beds. They were pushed together, so size of a king bed and we had to walk side ways to get to the head of the bed. The “bedside table” were so far back they were virtually unusable.

    No functioning Air Conditioning

    The hotel advertises that it has Air Conditioning. I spoke to the front desk. I explained that my room was way too warm and stuffy. The heating wasn’t even on in the room. I was told that individual rooms cannot be cooled, only heated. Result: a very bad night's sleep. I will not be back.

    We were given a room within a few metres of a building hosting a noisy all-night party. We needed rest and sleep after a 5 hour drive to the hotel on our way to Calais but we were kept awake all night. In addition the table service in the restaurant was very very slow, with only 2 waitresses on duty.
