Roaches were present during our stay.
There was a roach in our bathroom. My brother in law left the hotel because of roaches in his room, and in the hallway. The reviews about the hotel stated that it was clean. With a 8 5/10 rating for cleanliness. This was the reason we chose the hotel. It also needed several upgrades to the facility. We drove 5 hours away, for a funeral. And had to deal with this. The initial staff member that we met was very kind along with the other staff. When she asked about our stay, I did mention the bugs. She said it must have been someone who stayed there that brought them in. I need a refund for what my family experienced. We had to worry that we would bring bugs home with us from staying there.

We did not enjoy anything since our reservation was given away! We found this out while trying to check in at 915p after driving over 4 hours after working all day!
