    Never stayed kicked out due to wanting to celebrate my grand child birthday no one was staying

    I booked a room as I always do for my children bday celebration so did one for my granddaughter they advised after I paid that you can’t have a party in the room so I was told we had to leave & im waiting on my refund of $173 plus the $150 deposit. I will never book through this site ever again & this was my first time doing so. I will just go to Hampton Inn they give you no problems at all this was HORRIBLE.

    The booking site the hotel all of it was not a great experience people don’t have money to just give away & have to wait so long to get it back this is crazy I was told to leave without my money back Crazy

    Room was amazing

    Very clean, spacious. Windows opened!

    Hot tub was not hot at all. From desk lady talked way too much, I arrived really late at night. I just wanted my room card and to go to sleep not extra chatter sadly. She hyped up the breakfast but it was only mids.
