The front desk clerk when w walked in was very friendly and accommodating as I always ask for extra pillows due to a failed back surgery. My last visit 3 mths ago the clerk was rude and said "they don't do that anymore, not since covid". Which I knew was not true as I come to this same hotel every 3 mths. But this person was very nice (I wish I had gotten his name) which is nice after having driven almost 6 hours. This hotel is always clean and the rooms fresh. They also have the best breakfast which I unfortunately missed this time as I was so tired.
I really can't say anything bad about the hotel.

Breakfast was very nice, the staff was very nice and accommodating, facility was nice and clean
During our stay, the elevators were broken and our room was on the fourth floor with 2 young children, no accommodations were made and was an inconvenience . The hot tub was also not working so water was pretty cold

It was ok, need to fix elevator and anything else not working, also have outdated equipment and tvs
Ear to daughters home
Elevator not working, not working since last month, requested 1st floor room a week before and did not get first floor. Ice machine on second floor not working. Carpet in stairs smelled like feet. Tubs are too small. Gym equipment not working
