The front desk and kitchen staff were great.. The breakfast was good. Hot food. The beds were very comfortable. The location is close to so many restaurants and shopping.
It does not look like the pictures. It could use a remodel. The pool looked fabulous but then we noticed some mold around the edges and a fungus like the substance by the handicap chair. The furniture in our suite had an order to it and we did not sit on it.

Disappointing.
The property was what we expected because we love staying at the best western hotels.
We had an issue with a broken bed, we let management know and they came a few hours later and fixed the bed. The manager told us we would get money back on our stay but have never received anything for our inconvenience.

Was comfortable not terrible breakfast was a hit.
I liked the closeness to shops honestly many in walking distance from target to restaurants and other shops enough that we didn’t need to drive out too far to pick up any extra things.
Didn’t like the $100 holding fee I found out about on checkin. That wasn’t posted anywhere before booking. When we got in the room toilet paper was already half gone and we never got more we ran out and house keeping was never seen.
