    Nice room. Staff didn't adapt or anticipate guest flow or annual schedule.

    Nice room.

    Couldn't check in until 6;00pm. 80% of the guests were there to attend an annual city event but no accommodation was made for this expected schedule and arrival of guests. Breakfast was not offered until AFTER the event started.

    An enjoyable stay.

    Breakfast was a little sparse in choice although the omelette bar was very good. Free coffee throughout the day was a bonus. Staff were friendly and the hotel was clean and tidy as was our room. Swimming pool was great especially being indoor.

    A better varied choice for breakfast.

    I'LL BE BACK, GREAT OVERALL EXPERIENCE.

    OVERALL, EXCELLENT EXPERIENCE, THE STAFF WAS VERY FRIENDLY, FACILITY WAS CLEAN. I WILL BE BACK IF I'M IN THE AREA AGAIN.

    4Night Stay

    The building interior is absolutely beautiful when you walk in. It feels fresh and clean . The breakfast was a nice plus with fresh cooked options.

    We were guests for 4 nights. Our room was never cleaned. I had to empty the trash myself. Go to the lobby desk to get towels, Kleenex and coffee . I'm not happy about that
