    Rooms were nice, customer service non existent

    The beds were comfortable, breakfast was good. Coffee machine was great. Front desk lady Jessica and the younger girl were very nice and professional.

    Pool seemed like it wasn't clean and water very cold. Manager was nice over the phone but in person gave me dirty looks. Monica, front desk was very rude. When I tried to get help regarding extra charges on multiple different cards she verbatim said"I didn't do it. You guys need to figure it out" like excuse me it's not my job to do your job correctly and reverse the extra authorizations. Forewarning if you book multiple rooms under one card they will authorize your card in the AM even though you tell them everyone will be paying for their room. And when the others check in they will also authorize their cards for multiple rooms.
