Staff was empathetic to the bug situation but did not offer us any compensation other than moving us
Location was nice and convenient to where we needed to be.
AC was not working in one of the rooms - had to call to have it fixed. Numerous bugs in the room - not bed bugs but stink bugs, which I guess are common this time of year. Staff came up and vacuumed, but there were still quite a few - so much that we decided to leave and find another hotel. Also -bathtub needs a good cleaning, when trying to take a bath you could see the black grime underneath and around the towels bars. Grossed me out.
