    Loved the area of downtown Waterloo. So many places to visit and see including nice places to eat.

    The staff was super accommodating and friendly. My room was clean and the bed was comfy. I liked the security of using key to get onto the elevators. I appreciated the iron in the room. Showers were clean and hot water was nice.

    My only complaint was I had a heck of a time trying to figure out the TV and how to change channels. LOL. Was the only thing that was slightly confusing for me. The front office listened and said that they just changed over TV programming, so I totally understood. Very polite and customer focused staff.
