    The location was convenient, close to West Edmonton Mall, with several restaurants in nearby shopping plazas. We enjoyed the pool. Our room was clean, had all the listed amenities, and everything worked well. The staff were fine, but the service didn’t particularly stand out.

    Breakfast was our main disappointment. There were no fresh vegetables or cheese, and the selection was very different from what we’re used to in European three-star hotels. It seemed to be a typical North American breakfast, which wasn’t to our taste. If you’re visiting from Europe, don’t expect the same breakfast selection you're used to at home.

    Average Accomodarion- No EV charger.

    It was in a good location. The washroom was well spoiled and the runner duck was a fun touch.

    EV destination charger was advertised and I confirmed beforehand. Upon arrival the destination charger was broken and the worker was completely apathetic. No options or solutions to rectify the situation
