    Run down hotel in need for a thorough clean-up

    We usually stick to chains to avoid surprises. This time did not work as planned. I never thought I would write a review telling about bugs in the room, but here I am. There were dead bugs lined up below the window, plus one still alive and kicking on top of the air conditioner welcoming us. This hotel is kind of run down and in need for a serious renovation. The dining area is definitely small for the number of rooms, so tables are squeezed and still there's a good change not to find a seat. Breakfast offer is forgettable.

    Clean, bright, comfortable stay. Breakfast offered nice hot and cold verity.

    It was clean and bright. The young lady at the counter at our check in was very kind even as she was handing a couple of calls and several travelers waiting to check in. I think her name was Gabby. Ten stars to her.

    The lady working the desk was nice the manager was down right rude. There was a mix up with booking.com where I paid with a pay in four company and when I got there they said I needed to pay again. I explained i had paid and she could see the card on file but wanted my credit card. Not for incidentals but to pay again. She was very rude even the other lady told her she would handle it but she kept being rude. I called to try to make sure I wouldn't have to pay both. But here I am charged on both trying to get it fixed. Ugh
