    We felt so at home here! The breakfast was delicious, with freshly made waffles and pancakes, and the pool was beautiful, clean, and peaceful. The location is perfect. Just a few minutes’ walk from the city center, the market, and Ubud Palace, yet wonderfully quiet. You couldn’t ask for a better location! But what truly made our stay special was the amazing staff. I broke my foot during our holiday, and they went above and beyond to help me. They even drove me to the hospital privately and for free, and Beny came inside with me to help with the registration. My friend and I received so much support during this difficult time, and we are incredibly grateful. A huge thank you to Beny and the entire team! You are such kind, caring, and genuine people who truly love what you do. Thank you for making me feel so safe and for allowing me to call the Best Western my home away from home. I can wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Ubud. We would absolutely stay here again!

    - Freundlicher und bemühter Service - Ruhige und zentrale Hotelanlage - Innerhalb von 15min erreicht man zu Fuß die Haupt-Touri-Spots - Direkt ggü. vom Hotel befinden sich zwei Supermärkte - Leckeres und täglich wechselndes Frühstücksangebot

    - Mangelnde Sauberkeit in dem Zimmer, es war staubig und die Dusche sowie mehrere Ecken im Bad bedürfen einer gründlichen Reinigung - Am Abreisetag haben wir eine Kakerlake im Zimmer vorgefunden - das Personal hat sich sofort darum gekümmert und eine Reinigung angeboten - Es finden derzeit Bauarbeiten am Pool statt
