    The hotels location was beautiful, the surrounding town was lovely. The rooms were great and so clean, infact the whole hotel was very clean. The breakfast was definitely one of the highlights at this hotel, the acai bowl and French toast were great. We had late flight the day we left and inquired about the late check out options, we were very happy when they said we could have the room until 2pm free of charge. All staff were very helpful and accommodating. Every single member of staff we met were all lovely.

    Unfortunately we didn't get the room we had booked...the 1st floor room with a kitchette. However when we queried with the front desk, they said there had been a leak. We understand these things happen, we were offered vouchers for the cafe on site for lunch and dinner which was a lovely perk and we were very grateful for this and the food was had was great. The young women on the front desk (we think name was Julie) was so helpful and very apologetic when we queried our room. Many thanks.
