    We had a good stay and would book again.

    Room was comfortable and well equipped.

    The room faced a courtyard and the air con unit was right outside the window which was noisy. The extractor fan in the toilet could not be switched off. There was no sink in the toilet. The shower room was good and the beds comfortable. Details on Booking.com indicated bath robes but none were available.

    Exactly what you need for a relaxing stay in Nice.

    Good location with easy twenty minute walk to station. 15 without heavy luggage in tow. Very clean and amiable staff all around. Super good quality sheets and towels and hygiene products.

    Elevator wait time especially during cleaning times and TERRIBLE wi-fi. Probably due to high rises all around and concrete walls . We had no signal for three nights. - not the hotels fault but should be mentioned if you need to have access for work.
