    Family stay

    4 night stay, family of 4 in family room, this was spacious and comfortable. The hotel is noticeably clean and staff friendliness and helpfulness was outstanding. Nelson on the front desk deserves a mention for excellent customer care. The hotel is well located and there is an excellent breakfast. We are in the bar once and again food was good.

    The hotel staff are so friendly and welcoming. Lots to choose from at breakfast. Parking is available which is a huge plus. The family room (120) was fine for our stay. We had issues with the water pressure. The showers aren’t the best. The double bed is a little on the small side and the rooms can be very hot but a fan is provided. The noise outside is quite bad. You have the luxury of using their sister hotel for the leisure facilities. Overall we had an okay stay at the Best Western. The staff make this hotel what it is.

    Jest western

    We experienced issues particularly in the shower room : 1) took several minutes before hot water materialized 2) water leaked from the shower head water cable, 3 Water stopped completely coming out of the shower head for a few minutes then temperature could not be controlled Additionally whenever guests passed by outside the room , the whole room shook
